This is my personal favorite. I have a distaste for oily products and while "Cuticles" rolls on oily (so it's easily spread), it dries completely nonsticky.
I roll it on my cuticles and massage it into my hands every night and wake up to the softest hands. The scent is reminiscent of "Chill Pill" essential oil and very relaxing.

Cuticles that are exposed to excessive cold, sun, chlorine, or soapy water (hello Covid) can become chapped, cracked, and dry. In cases of extreme dryness and damage, my cuticle oil will moisturize your cuticles and restore them to health. Applying cuticle oil can increase the circulation around your nails, stimulating nail growth.
Directions: Roll on to each cuticle every morning and night and massage in.
